Services

A10RADO, SL offers you top-notch advice on radon measurement, remediation and control. We support you throughout the process so that radon is not a problem for your health or that of your workers.

Measurement

We provide radon measurements for companies (under RD 1029/2022 and ISO 17025), for builders (under CTE DB-HS6) and for individuals.

We carry them out using passive detectors, which must remain exposed for a minimum period of three months.

Remediation

If the estimated annual average exceeds the reference level (300 Bq/m³), we advise you on the most suitable remediation measures for your case:

  • Ventilation
  • Soil depressurisation
  • Modelling to run simulations

Once the measures are applied, new measurements are taken to assess their effectiveness.

Control

If the remediation measures do not bring levels below the reference value, art. 19 of RD 1029/2022 applies in workplaces. We help you to:

  • Estimate the annual effective doses received by workers.
  • Classify as radon-exposed workers those who may receive a dose above 6 mSv/year.
  • Classify and signpost the areas that may lead to exposure above 6 mSv/year.
  • Inform and train workers.
  • Recommend hiring a UTPR (approved radiation-protection body).
  • Reassess at the frequency indicated by the CSN.
